We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Certain products (e.g., personal care items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Process
- Contact us at support@thefindsbyazlan.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Please note: For dropshipped items, return shipping may be to our supplier’s warehouse, which may be outside your country.
